Bookings All rates are per room per night. All rates are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% and Service. When you make a reservation through Londonhotels4u.com, the rates that you see on the website (and the booking form) at the time you make the booking are the rates which we apply and confirm to you. If there are any unforeseen changes or problems with your reservation, we will automatically contact you first for your approval/instructions, before arranging a reservation for you. In the event that the hotel of your choice is fully booked at the time of submitting your reservation request (complete with credit card details), Londonhotels4u.com will endeavour to offer you an alternative hotel of similar price, quality and location. We will of course not proceed with an alternative reservation without your prior approval. However, if you state a specific alternative hotel on the booking form, we will make that reservation for you automatically should your original choice hotel be unavailable for your chosen dates. After you submit the secure online booking form, you will soon be notified by email of your reservation confirmation, including full booking details; your booking reference, street map showing the hotel's location, hotel's cancellation policy, hotel telephone number, etc. - you will have all the information that you need. Your email confirmation will usually be with you within 5 hours if you booked during the following hours:Monday to Friday: 8am - 7pm (GMT) or Saturday: 8am - 12pm (GMT) If for any reason you are unable to access the email address you gave us in the secure booking form, please email us using an alternative email account as soon as possible (state your details); info@londonhotels4u.com. Payment for rooms are made to the hotel in cash or credit card on checkout, however a deposit or credit card imprint may be requested on check in. Cancellations You may cancel any reservation, without penalty, providing you cancel within the cancellation period stated for each hotel. Most hotels have a cancellation period of 24 or 48 hours. As long as you cancel at least 24 or 48 hours before your intended arrival date there will be no charge. To cancel a reservation, please notify the hotel you are booked with by telephone. The telephone number of the hotel is always included in our confirmation email to you. By contacting the hotel directly, there will be less possibility of any confusion on our part or yours. If you fail to arrive at the hotel on your intended date of arrival without prior cancellation (within the specified cancellation policy period), the hotel is entitled to make a charge to your credit card. This is usually the equivalent to the cost of the first nights room charge only.
