From nearly 1300 total entries, nearly 1000 of them had nicety nice things to share about the hotel, while other 300 weren’t particularly impressed. Here’s discussing the good, bad and the ugly parts of staying at the K West.

The Negatives:

  • Most of the complaints were about the food quality, where one user described the prawn curry as “less of curry and more of tasteless water.”
  • Some found the staying conditions quite noisy and distracting. Most of them (which are actually just a few out of those 300 negative reviewers) were woken up either by internal or external noises.
  • Other complaints revolved around the paid internet facilities. But then, there’s hardly any luxury hotel that offers free internet, so we can perhaps cut the hotel organization some slack for making internet chargeable.
