Hotel owners are given a widely marketed and popular medium to advertise their property to thousands of accommodation seekers everyday. You are given access to your own details 24 hours a day, allowing you to adjust your rates according to your current availability.

LondonHotels4u.com aims to become an additional distribution channel over which you have complete control at ALL times. It will allow you to generate extra revenue from rooms that would otherwise be unoccupied.

Here's how it works:

1. Getting your details on LondonHotels4u.com

To sign up with us, you simply need to download one of the following forms, fill them and fax them back to us at

Once up and running on LondonHotels4u.com, you use your password to update your discount LondonHotels4u.com rates' and also to update your availability at any time.

You are under no obligation to enter reduced 'LondonHotels4u.com rates' and can simply offer your rooms at your standard rate. It is important for you to know however that the more competitive your rates, the more is the probability of the guests selecting your property to your competitor's. We do ask though that you keep your availability as accurate as possible.

2. Advertise by commission or net rate.

We offer two easy payment options as per your convenience and preferred way of functioning.

Booking process - Commission

Customers call the LondonHotels4u.com call centre or visit the website online where we take all relevant enquiry details, and we check availability with the hotel (unless the hotel is free selling rooms through us). We then fax the booking straight to the hotel and e-mail the hotel and customer confirmation.

We will send you a summary of LondonHotels4u.com bookings at the end of the month plus an invoice for the commission due. Standard commission is 10% on the gross ticket value (i.e. includes local tax)

Failure to maintain rates and availability or non payment of commission invoices will result in the property being removed from the listing.
